Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization in Jacksonville, Florida to find a Benefits Specialist . This individual will have experience educating employees and supporting benefits operations.
Location:
Jacksonville, FL Schedule:
Onsite, Monday -
Friday Pay Rate:
$28 - $30/hour
Responsibilities:
Communicates with field, vendors, and employees to resolve benefit issues concerning eligibility, enrollment, and termination of benefits. Supports open enrollment, new hire onboarding, life event changes, and terminations. Supports all facets of annual enrollment, including benefits administration tool readiness, communication and training. Responds to 401(k) inquiries from employees relating to enrollments, plan changes and contribution amounts.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of benefits administration and human resources experience required Understanding of
FMLA, ADA, ACA
multi - state leave laws, and benefits plans
