Job Overview:

Seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Specialist to support employee benefits administration, onboarding coordination, documentation processing, and employee inquiries in a fast-paced HR environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist employees with benefits-related questions including medical, dental, life insurance, leave, and retirement programs Process benefits enrollments, changes, and employee documentation accurately Maintain HRIS records and ensure confidentiality of employee information Coordinate onboarding and benefits communication with employees and vendors Support leave tracking, documentation management, and general HR administrative tasks Perform data entry and maintain organized employee records and files

Requirements:

Previous experience in HR, benefits, administrative support, or customer service Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel Ability to manage confidential information professionally Comfortable working in a fully onsite environment.
