Compensation Structure:

Role:

As a team member, you'll consult individuals and families on insurance and benefits programs , helping them protect what matters most. This is a client-focused, solution-driven role with no cold calling or door knocking . All leads are qualified and pre-screened.

What We're Looking For:

Self-motivated individuals who want more than just a paycheck Strong communication and people skills Professional, coachable, and goal-oriented Punctual and detail-oriented Team player with a positive attitude Sales or leadership experience is a plus, but not required Backgrounds in hospitality, retail, food service, or customer service often excel here
