As a Senior Analyst, Total Rewards, you will play a pivotal role in designing, administering, and optimizing our comprehensive total rewards programs - with a particular emphasis on retirement plan governance, participant experience, leaves of absence administration, ADA accommodations, and vendor coordination. In this hands-on position, you will leverage strong analytical skills and deep benefits expertise to deliver data-driven insights, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance employee engagement and retention. Key Responsibilities + Analyze total rewards programs (compensation, benefits, retirement, and leave programs) to evaluate competitiveness, cost effectiveness, utilization trends, and employee impact; prepare actionable reports and dashboards for leadership. + Lead day-to-day administration and governance of the company's 401(k) plan(s), including coordination with recordkeepers, advisors, and internal stakeholders. + Own end-to-end administration of leaves of absence in partnership the leave of absence vendor ( FMLA , ADA , state-specific leaves, STD / LTD , and other protected leaves), including case management, vendor coordination, compliance tracking, return-to-work processes, and employee/manager support. + Own and administer the ADA accommodations program, ensuring consistent application, equitable application across the organization, thorough interactive processes, accurate documentation, KPI tracking, and continuous process improvement while maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations. + Support retirement plan fiduciary responsibilities: coordinate investment reviews, perform fee benchmarking, maintain audit-ready documentation, and prepare materials for investment/retirement committee meetings. + Manage vendor coordination across total rewards programs, including benefits carriers, leave administrators, retirement recordkeepers, brokers, and consultants To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
