Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Membership Transition Specialist opportunities in Mettawa, IL. Responsibilities for a Membership Transition Specialist include but are not limited to: Process membership cancellations, agreement changes, and refunds using Oracle, SFDC, and SalesOptima while meeting strict timelines Maintain accurate member records, data entry, and documentation in shared drives and tracking systems Respond to member inquiries related to cancellations, billing, and refunds while providing strong customer service Support team operations by handling FBC+ cancellations and financial transactions with accuracy Candidates for Membership Transition Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered: Minimum 1 year of general accounting experience using QuickBooks, Oracle, or similar systems Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles, problem-solving, and documentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data entry, and record keeping Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment What's in this Membership Transition Specialist position for you?

Shift:

Pay Details:
