Location:
On-site in Mokena, IL If you enjoy staying organized, working with people, and keeping work moving, this role offers clear ownership and day-to-day impact. The Claims Specialist, Workers Compensation manages employee injury claims, keeps information accurate, and maintains steady communication with employees, medical providers, and internal teams. You will work closely with the Director of Insurance Services and stay connected to how claims are handled across the business. What you'll do Gather claim details and enter updates into systems Review documents and maintain accurate records Communicate with employees, providers, and partners Follow up to maintain progress and keep timelines current Identify questions and help resolve them Keep files organized and easy to review Provide clear status updates What matters Experience in an administrative, coordination, or claims-related role Bilingual Spanish and English preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Ability to manage multiple items and stay organized Consistent follow-through and attention to detail
