GED Accounting Full Job Description Payroll Responsibilities:
Processes regular payrolls for salaried employees Processes monthly and quarterly payroll items Handles certified payrolls Ensures 401k deferrals and loan deductions are withheld Prepares files for dead inventory, generic earnings and additional payroll processing Facilitates Payroll Budget Process LA Tax incentive and other specific town/parish incentives
Benefit Responsibilities:
Administers the day-to-day and annual operations of the 401(k) plan Responsible for preparation of Form 5500 for the 401(k) and cafeteria plans
Other Responsibilities:
Review and approval of offer letters for recruiting department FCRA - Fair Credit Reporting Act EEO-1 reporting Reports, maintains and monitors all workers' compensation case files Responsible for annual workers' compensation audit Regular and predictable attendance is essential for this position.
