What you will be doing:
Support the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs across the organization Serve as a point of contact for compensation-related activities including job evaluations, salary recommendations, and issue resolution Analyze internal equity and external market competitiveness to ensure competitive and effective pay programs Prepare and manage salary surveys, ad hoc compensation benchmarking requests, and market data analysis Partner with HR and business leaders to deliver data-driven insights that inform compensation decisions Support key annual processes, including merit cycles, market reviews, and long-range planning initiatives Participate in benefits-related initiatives such as annual enrollment, associate education, and program coordination Investigate and resolve complex benefits-related issues, ensuring a seamless associate experience Monitor and analyze compensation ticket trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and program effectiveness Reconcile benefits-related financial data (including HSA accounts) and ensure accurate processing of benefit invoices Collaborate cross-functionally with Compensation, HR, and business partners to enhance total rewards strategies What You Bring to the

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree 0-2+ years of experience in HR, Analytics, Compensation, or a related field Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, formulas, reporting) Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience conducting compensation analysis for market competitiveness and internal equity Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies and compensation frameworks Ability to develop compensation recommendations using Excel and/or PowerPoint Advanced Excel skills (including complex formulas, data analysis); Access knowledge a plus Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills Ability to identify trends and translate data into actionable insights Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Interest in data analytics, statistics, and workforce insights Demonstrated ability to think creatively and deliver client-focused solutions
