Job Description

Benefits Analyst Overview
  • Analyze and manage comprehensive employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize benefit offerings and enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex benefit inquiries and resolve escalated issues effectively.
  • Coordinate leave management processes, ensuring adnce to policies and legal requirements.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to promote understanding of benefit programs.
  • Analyze benefit data to identify trends, improve offerings, and support decision-making.
  • Enhance systems and processes in collaboration with technology teams to support benefit administration.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and benefit providers, fostering strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Administer and oversee employee benefit plans, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
  • Resolve escalated benefit inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate leave requests and ensure seamless communication with relevant departments.
  • Manage executive benefit plans, including documentation and reimbursement processes.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of benefit programs to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop comprehensive reports to support strategic decision-making and compliance.
  • Collaborate on system enhancements to streamline benefit administration and reporting.
  • Implement effective communication strategies to promote benefit program awareness.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a related field such as Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in benefits administration; 9 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced data analysis tools.
  • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local regulations governing employee benefits.
  • Experience with Workday reporting and absence management systems.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute communication strategies for benefits programs.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to support benefit program optimization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage vendor relationships and employee interactions.
