Job Description

The Benefits Analyst plays a key role in delivering a seamless and positive benefits experience for employees, serving as a trusted resource across health, retirement, and wellness programs. In this role, you'll be the go‑to partner for day‑to‑day benefits support, guiding employees through their options and helping them navigate questions with clarity and confidence. You'll keep our benefits operations running smoothly by maintaining accurate data, supporting enrollments, and ensuring every process aligns with company standards and regulatory requirements. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, values accuracy, and wants to make a meaningful impact on the employee experience within a fast‑moving insurance brokerage environment.
Your Impact:
Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including enrollment and changes. Provide support to employees regarding benefits questions and issues. Ensure benefits programs comply with company policies and industry regulations. Maintain and update employee benefits records and documentation. Coordinate with HR and benefits vendors to resolve benefits-related issues. Assist in preparing benefits reports and communicating program updates. Successful Candidates Will Have Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred). Valid L&H brokers' license preferred, or ability to obtain within 90 days 1-3 years of experience in benefits administration or coordination. Strong organizational and communication skills. Basic knowledge of employee benefits programs and regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and handle confidential information.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
The employee must be able to effectively manage the demands of a fast-paced work environment. This includes the ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain composure under pressure while meeting deadlines and performance expectations. This position requires the ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time. The employee must be able to focus on tasks involving prolonged screen time and perform repetitive motions such as typing and mouse use in a standard office environment. Regular phone communication is an essential part of this role. The employee must be able to make and receive calls as part of their daily responsibilities, communicate effectively and professionally, and provide accurate information in a clear and courteous manner.
