Job Description

We are looking for a Benefits Analyst to support benefits administration and analysis for a hospitality organization in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone with a strong background in employee benefits, coordination, and reporting who can help ensure accurate program delivery and a positive employee experience. The role will focus on maintaining benefit processes, resolving coverage-related questions, and using data to support informed decisions.
Responsibilities:
  • Administer daily benefits activities, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and ongoing program updates across eligible employee groups.
  • Coordinate with internal partners and external vendors to address benefit-related issues, confirm accurate processing, and support timely resolution of employee inquiries.
  • Review benefits data for accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and prepare reports that help guide program oversight and decision-making.
  • Support open enrollment and other annual benefits events by organizing materials, tracking deadlines, and assisting with employee communications.
  • Maintain benefit records and documentation to help ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Analyze plan usage, trends, and participation details to identify issues, recommend improvements, and support operational efficiency.
  • Use Microsoft Excel to manage benefit information, reconcile data, and create clear reporting for stakeholders.
