- Opportunity to partner directly with clients and external providers Key Responsibilities
- Track, analyze, and prepare benefit and financial-related reports
- Support benefit renewals, proposals, and pricing analysis
- Assist with client presentations and reporting deliverables
- Review and validate benefit plan comparisons and documentation
- Support cross-selling initiatives and member/client communication
- Partner with carriers and internal teams to resolve benefit issues
- Assist with commission tracking, reporting, and operational analytics Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years of business, finance, benefits, or analytical experience
- Strong Excel, reporting, and presentation skills
- Experience working & interpreting data analytics and client communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at once within a fast-paced environment
- Benefits &/or insurance plan service experience preferred Benefits
