Benefits Leave Analyst Our client needs a Benefits Leave Analyst on a full-time, interim basis. You'll join the collaborative, supportive team at a highly desirable employer! Responsibilities of the Benefits Leave Analyst

• Support Benefits/Leaves of Absence (LOA) team
• Respond to emails and document intake information
• Cross-reference data across systems
• Research and follow up on cases
• Answer questions related to LOA
• Update managers on LOA status
• Perform additional tasks as required Additional Information Help for Additional Information. Qualifications of the Benefits Leave Analyst
• High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
• Some HR knowledge required; prior LOA benefits experience is a plus
• Highly tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Strong research skills and attention to detail
• Willing to ask questions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and pivoting as needs change
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Experience with Smartsheet, DH, and/or E-Time a plus The Benefits Leave Analyst works Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm.
