Employee Benefit Associate/Specialist

We are looking for a professional, energetic, and ambitious full-time (37.5 hours per week) Member Care Associate. Responsibilities include providing employee benefits support, including eligibility and enrollments, administrative support, and customer service. Requirements include competence in the use of MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, data entry, customer service, and the ability to work in/contribute to a team environment. The successful candidate must demonstrate a professional and courteous manner through verbal and written communication skills. Applicants must have a minimum of either 2 years of college coursework, have an associate's degree, or equivalent work experience in employee benefit adminstration. Other important qualifications include strong attention to detail , organization skills, and a desire to excel!
