- Corporate Intern, you will work closely with the Director of Total Rewards to support the evaluation, development, and implementation, of Total Rewards
- Compensation and Benefits programs.
Invoicing Support:
Create a PO and invoice tracking process for the Total Rewards department.Data Management & Reporting:
Help maintain records and reports of total rewards activities, and feedback.Employee Feedback & Evaluation:
Gather feedback from employees and help analyze results to improve future training programs.Market Research:
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in Total Rewards, suggesting new approaches for the company's programs.Team Player:
Willingness to collaborate and support in additional tasks that arise within the HR team, depending on the company's needs and the intern's experience. Other activities as needed. Education and Experience:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field, with at least two years of coursework completed. Minimum GPA 3.0Location:
Portsmouth, NH, full-time in office, 9/80 schedule: Week 1: 9 hours Mon-Thu, 8 hours Friday. Week 2: Work 9 hours Mon-Thu.Abilities:
Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral communications Strong interest in HR Subjects related toTotal Rewards:
Compensation, Benefits. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus. Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute. Basic understanding of human resources principles and practices, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.Benefits:
