We're hiring a Compensation Analyst to support a fast-paced Investment Banking team. This role is heavily focused on compensation analytics, offer strategy, and market alignment, supporting high-touch, complex hiring decisions in a competitive environment.
What You'll DoAnalyze compensation data using advanced Excel to support hiring and pay decisionsPartner with recruiting and business leaders on offer creation, structuring, and approvals, including complex packages and buyoutsConduct market benchmarking and job matching to ensure competitive and equitable offersTranslate data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders (Excel, PowerPoint, or executive summaries)Support year-end compensation cycles and ongoing compensation planningValidate data accuracy and identify inconsistencies to ensure precision in compensation decisions
