$65,000•$70,000 (based on experience) Overview Join a growing team and organization as a Benefits Coordinator supporting day-to-day HR operations and benefits administration. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who is comfortable working with HRIS systems, reporting, and employee benefits programs. Key Responsibilities Administer employee benefits programs including enrollments, changes, and terminations Maintain and update employee benefit data within HRIS systems (Paycom) , ensuring accuracy and compliance Generate recurring and ad hoc reports related to benefits, utilizing Excel and HR systems Analyze data trends and support reporting initiatives for HR and management Assist with open enrollment processes, including preparation of materials and tracking enrollments Develop presentations, materials, and videos to support employee education and benefits communication Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and plan details Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/carriers to support benefits administration Support audits, reconciliations, and ensure accuracy of benefits-related data and deductions Qualifications 3-5 years of HR or benefits administration experience Experience working with HRIS systems (Paycom preferred) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, HLOOKUPs) Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365 Experience creating presentations and internal communications (videos/materials) Highly analytical with strong attention to detail Comfortable working with systems, data, and reporting tools Excellent communication and organizational skills Key Traits for Success Systems-savvy and tech-comfortable Analytical and data-driven mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities
Pay Details:
