Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Benefits Administrator to join our HR team. The primary focus is managing the end-to-end lifecycle of employee benefits. This is an entry to mid-level role perfect for someone with about 2 years of experience who enjoys problem-solving, navigating state regulations, and providing empathetic support to employees during important life events.
Qualifications Experience:
Approximately 1-3 years of dedicated experience managing benefits administration.
Subject Matter Expertise:
Solid understanding of benefits regulations and various state-mandated programs.
Communication Skills:
Ability to explain complex policy information in a clear, empathetic, and professional manner.
Detail Orientation:
High level of accuracy in tracking dates, deadlines, and compliance requirements.
salary:
$25 - $30 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4

Act as the primary point of contact for all leave-related inquiries. You will manage the "Ticket" queue, ensuring timely and accurate responses to employee questions..
Compliance:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving Benefits programs to ensure company compliance and accurate employee pay.
Documentation:
Coordinate the distribution and collection of required medical certifications and notices, ensuring all records are kept confidential and organized.
Benefits Support:
Assist with general benefits administration, including enrollment support, life event processing, and basic inquiries regarding health and welfare plans.
Communication:
Serve as a bridge between employees, managers, and payroll to ensure leave statuses are clear and pay cycles are uninterrupted.
