We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Benefits Administrator to join our team in White Plains. This is a unique, long-term contract opportunity designed for someone who values career stability and a consistent work environment. $25 - $30 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5PMeducation:
No Degree RequiredResponsibilities- Manage and reconcile monthly benefits billing invoices with carrier enrollments and payroll deductions
- Perform regular benefits audits to ensure data accuracy across HRIS, payroll, and carrier systems
- Respond to and resolve employee benefits tickets and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct payroll reconciliations related to employee benefit deductions and employer contributions
- Support day-to-day benefits administration activities, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and carrier updates
- Coordinate with payroll, HR, brokers, and vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain compliance
- Assist with reporting, documentation, and process improvements related to benefits operations
- Support open enrollment activities and special benefits projects as needed
