Full-Time Job Description:
The Compensation Analyst 3 is responsible for taking the lead development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs on a global scale. This role is also primarily responsible for the management of internal and external job evaluations based on market data. DUTIES Provide s detailed analytical support for various compensation activities and programs Conduct s statistical analysis, data modeling , and costing of pay programs, (i.e., salary planning, merit increases, structure movements, salary range development, variable pay , and incentive programs) Lead the m erit cycle process Participates in compensation surveys; on-going market pricing of positions in order to determine market competitiveness Leads the job description/ evaluation process and procedure by benchmarking new or changed job functions to the market Participate s in various compensation-related projects which involve revision, development , and/or re-design of existing compensation programs These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business , Human Resources Management, Finance, or related field , or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree 8 + years' experience in Compensation CCP certification is a plus ADP Lyric experience Full k nowledge of industry practices and complete understanding of compensation principles, concepts, and practices including compliance with state and federal laws Strong analytical & technical skills around survey data, ad-hoc reporting, compensation practices, policies and philosophies Good oral and written communication skills, accuracy , and attention to detail Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint Time management/prioritization Inquisitive Ability to work independently Collaboration/relationship management Process improvement mindset
