Job Description

Summary The Total Rewards Specialist supports the administration of leave of absence and workers' compensation programs while contributing to the broader Total Rewards function. This role ensures compliance, operational efficiency, and a positive employee experience across benefits, retirement, and leave programs. Responsibilities Lead the administration of workers' compensation claims and ensure compliance with applicable regulations Manage leave of absence programs, including FMLA, ADA, personal leave, and other leave types Partner with managers, HR, employees, and external vendors to resolve leave and claims matters Process and manage unemployment claims while ensuring accurate documentation and reporting Support benefits administration by responding to employee inquiries and assisting with benefit enrollments and changes Assist with benefits education initiatives including orientations and open enrollment support Collaborate with third-party administrators to support 401(k) plan operations, testing, and compliance Provide compensation support including job evaluations, benchmarking, and compensation analysis Assist with administration of PTO, holiday, and time off policies and provide guidance on accruals and usage Prepare reports and support compliance across Total Rewards programs Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience 4-6+ years of experience supporting leave of absence and workers' compensation programs Experience working with HRIS systems and benefits administration platforms Knowledge of relevant regulations including FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, COBRA, and ERISA Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Salary $76,000 - $85,000 Hybrid
