Job Description

Experteer Overview In this role you enable compensation and global mobility programs to support firm goals and a strong employee experience. You will partner with Human Capital and business leaders to design, implement, and administer programs at domestic and international scales. You'll perform advanced data analysis, support incentive processes, and help roll out enhancements through change management and training. This is an opportunity to shape programs that impact how the firm rewards and relocates talent, with a focus on clarity and adoption.
Compensation / Benefits
  • Design, develop, implement, and administer compensation and global mobility programs (domestic and international)
  • Perform advanced data analysis to support compensation activities (e.g., bonuses, annual increases)
  • Research complex mobility and immigration questions and provide strategic guidance
  • Develop manager and employee resources including training, communications, and on-demand tools
  • Identify process improvements and lead change management and rollout for successful adoption
  • Provide guidance to HC and business leaders on utilization of compensation and mobility programs Tasks
  • 5+ years of relevant compensation and/or global mobility experience
  • Experience with data analysis, process improvement, process management, and consulting with business leaders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced formulas
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organization, time management, and customer service skills Key requirements
