Job Description

Job DescriptionJob Description Oxford Solutions is working with a client seeking a Benefits Data Specialist for a direct hire, onsite role. This position will support benefits administration, data accuracy, reporting, compliance, and analysis for employee health, welfare, wellness, and retirement benefit plans. This role is a good fit for someone with direct benefits experience, strong data and reporting skills, advanced Excel expertise, and working knowledge of 401(k) plan administration. Responsibilities Maintain accurate employee benefits data across payroll, carrier, and benefits administration systems Run reports, audit data, and analyze trends to support benefits administration and decision-making Assist employees with benefits questions, claims issues, enrollment support, and 401(k)-related inquiries Reconcile insurance invoices, assist with HSA funding, and support arrears invoicing and collections Manage weekly benefits file feeds, changes, and adjustments between Benefitsolver and ADP Support open enrollment setup, testing, reporting, and data validation Audit benefits data and processes for compliance with regulations and internal standards Coordinate accurate data transfers to vendors, plan providers, auditors, and consultants Partner with HR, payroll, finance, legal, and external vendor teams on benefits-related programs Support wellness initiatives and other benefits-related projects as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Direct employee benefits experience required 3 to 5 years of data analytics experience, preferably within HR, benefits, or payroll Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required, including the ability to work with large data sets, formulas, reports, and reconciliations Knowledge of 401(k) plans and retirement plan administration required Experience with ADP required or strongly preferred Experience with benefits administration systems such as Benefitsolver preferred Knowledge of employee benefits regulations and compliance requirements Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights Technical proficiency with HRIS, payroll, benefits administration, vendor systems, reporting tools, and data analysis tools Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through Ability to work onsite and collaborate with HR, payroll, finance, vendors, and employees Benefits Data Specialist - 26-00357 #ZR
