Job Description

This Total Rewards Analyst role supporting employee benefits administration. In this position, you will help design, communicate, and manage employee benefits programs—including health, retirement, and wellness offerings—while ensuring they remain competitive and compliant with applicable regulations. You will analyze benefits utilization and cost data to identify trends and recommend enhancements, and contribute to the development and execution of recognition and incentive programs that drive engagement and retention. Additionally, you will evaluate program effectiveness and provide data-driven insights to continuously improve outcomes and overall performance. Develop and Grow Your Career! This position is eligible for up to $6,000 per year based on your Full-Time status. Get Involved! Position:
Total Rewards Analyst, Benefits Shift:
Monday - Friday day shift, 40 hours per week. This role is a hybrid position with Tuesdays & Thursdays being onsite days with the Total Rewards team at our Radnor Corporate Office.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the employee benefits field.
Education:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration, required.
Licensures/Certifications:
Certification in Benefits (e.g., CEBS - Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) or Experience with HRIS systems like Workday, ADP, or similar platforms. Understanding of labor laws, tax laws, and other relevant regulations.
