Job Description

This Total Rewards Analyst role supporting employee benefits administration. In this position, you will help design, communicate, and manage employee benefits programs—including health, retirement, and wellness offerings—while ensuring they remain competitive and compliant with applicable regulations. You will analyze benefits utilization and cost data to identify trends and recommend enhancements, and contribute to the development and execution of recognition and incentive programs that drive engagement and retention. Additionally, you will evaluate program effectiveness and provide data-driven insights to continuously improve outcomes and overall performance. Develop and Grow Your Career! This position is eligible for up to $6,000 per year based on your Full-Time status. Get Involved!
