Absence Management Specialist (Temporary) Temporary Position- This position pays between $29.70
- $36.50 depending on experience

Essential Job Functions:
Administers all aspects of Ensemble's Leave and Disability program with solid knowledge of Federal and State laws/regulations related to absence management, including FMLA, ADA, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability benefits, PTO, Workers' Compensation and StatePFML/TDB.
Ensemble is a national employer with associates in all States + DC Advises associates and managers on the complex interaction of leave laws with pay Works closely with outside leaves and disability vendors Prioritizes requests and responds in a timely manner, ensuring that issues and concerns are handled accurately and respectfully protecting the confidentiality of employee medical and personal information Interprets Human Resources policies and procedures, guides application consistent with employment law and company culture in the administration of leaves Drives continuous improvements to absence processes, service delivery and technology via Workday and Absence Management systems This document is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, or working conditions associated with the job. 3- 5 years of progressively responsible experience in HR/leave administration and integrated disability management duties in a multi-state environment; experience with
