• This position pays between $29.70
• $36.50 depending on experience

The Absence Management Specialist is an important part of the HR team with a customer service focus, ensuring that leave and accommodation requests are handled in a timely, efficient, compliant, confidential and compassionate manner. The Specialist will work closely with associates and leaders to provide subject matter expertise in the complex area of absence management, including Leaves of Absence, Disability, ADA accommodations, Workers' Compensation, and Payroll.

Essential Job Functions:

Administers all aspects of Ensemble's Leave and Disability program with solid knowledge of Federal and State laws/regulations related to absence management, including FMLA, ADA, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability benefits, PTO, Workers' Compensation and State

PFML/TDB.
