This is a great opportunity for someone with benefits, HR, or insurance experience who is looking for a flexible role where they can make a meaningful impact supporting client accounts and benefits administration. In this role, you'll help manage and maintain client benefit setups, support renewals and open enrollment, and ensure accurate, high-quality client deliverables. You'll work closely with our Account Service Representatives (ASRs), processing team, and clients in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do Employee Navigator Administration Set up and maintain employer groups in Employee Navigator (plans, eligibility, benefit classes, and carrier connections). Support carrier data feeds and ensure accurate system configuration. Troubleshoot platform issues in coordination with carriers and Employee Navigator support. Assist with HR and client training on the platform as needed. Renewals & Open Enrollment Support client plan renewals by gathering and updating plan and carrier information within Employee Navigator client portals. Configure open enrollment periods and ensure accurate plan setup in Employee Navigator. Partner with ASRs to ensure smooth and timely renewal processes. Employee Materials & Client Support Compile and distribute employee benefits booklets and client-facing materials. Maintain accurate and up-to-date benefits documentation. Prepare materials for client meetings and presentations. Additional Responsibilities Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For Required:
High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong communication and client-service skills
Preferred:
Experience in benefits administration, HR, insurance, or client service Experience with Employee Navigator or similar benefits administration systems Understanding of
COBRA, HIPAA, ACA
compliance, and Qualified Life Events Agency or carrier experience is a plus
Work Schedule & Environment Part-time:
20-28 hours per week On-site in a professional office setting Consistent weekday schedule (flexibility may be available) Eligibility for one remote workday per week after 6 months, based on performance and business needs Why Join TBS?
