Zeeland, MISchedule:
Monday Friday | 8:30 AM 4:30 PM (Enjoy your evenings and weekends off!) Flexible hybrid schedule - 3 days in the office!
Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour with performance bonus eligbilityAre you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people? Join our HR team as a full-time non-exempt Benefits Administrator and play a key role in supporting employee benefits, payroll, workers compensation, and safety programs across our organization. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, staying organized, and creating a positive employee experience in a fast-paced environment.

What Youll Be DoingAs our Benefits Administrator, no two days are exactly the same!
Youll:
Manage employee benefit enrollments and eligibilityAssist employees with claims, benefits questions, and life event changesSupport payroll processing and HRIS accuracyHelp coordinate annual Open EnrollmentCommunicate benefit updates through emails and weekly digest articlesHandle unemployment and workers compensation documentationTrain managers and administrative teams on benefits and safety processesAssist with OSHA reporting and safety initiativesPartner closely with Payroll, HR, and Safety leadershipBe a key player in creating a positive employee experienceYoull be part organizer, part communicator, part problem-solver and 100% essential to the team!

What Were Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate degree in a related field preferredStrong Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skillsExperience with HRIS systems and safety/auditor software preferredExcellent communication and presentation skillsKnowledge of OSHA and workplace safety regulationsExceptional organization and attention to detailAbility to multitask and maintain confidentialityA positive attitude and team-focused mindsetWork EnvironmentThis position works primarily in an office environment using standard office technology and equipment. Occasional extended hours may be needed during peak periods such as payroll processing or open enrollment.
