Job Summary At Creative Benefits, Inc., we prioritize building teams that are collaborative, committed, caring, and client-focused. As our team continues to grow, we're looking to add a Benefits Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a high level of client service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both independent work and collaboration, values strong communication, and takes pride in managing details while balancing multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day benefits administration for the clients of Creative Benefits, including enrollments, terminations, and eligibility updates Review and process benefit related requests in accordance with established guidelines Enter and maintain accurate data across internal systems and carrier platforms Partner with internal teams and external carriers to investigate and resolve discrepancies for all benefits related requests Assist with data validation and quality assurance processes Help maintain organized documentation and ensure data integrity across platforms Assist the Account Manager with the open enrollment process May assist with post-renewal tasks by preparing compliance documentation, updating internal systems, and coordinating communication across teams. Contribute to ongoing team projects and process improvements Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams Ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and technology Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills Client-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate across teams Ability to work both independently and in a team environment You Are… Organized and detail-oriented Efficient and proactive Communicative and collaborative Accountable and reliable Self-motivated and adaptable Eager to learn and grow Nice to Have Experience in employee benefits, human resources, or a related field Familiarity with benefits administration systems (e.g., Employee Navigator) and carrier portals Work Environment Creative Benefits, Inc. offers a hybrid work schedule with a balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. Employees typically work three days in the office and two days remotely. A training period will require additional in-office time to support onboarding and learning. Position Details Full-time, Monday through Friday Standard business hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Minimal travel; occasional travel between offices (Newtown Square, PA and Kingston, PA) may be required Additional Information This job description is not intended to be a comprehensive list of all duties or responsibilities.
