  • Retirement to support and administer retirement benefit programs across the U.
S. and Puerto Rico. This role plays a key role in ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and positive employee experience for large and complex retirement plans. The role is on site at our corporate office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in Bethlehem, PA. Key Responsibilities Serve as plan administrator for 401(k), pension (U.S. and Puerto Rico), and nonqualified deferred compensation plans Manage relationships with external recordkeepers and vendors (e.g., Empower, Newport, Aon) Oversee nondiscrimination testing, annual audits, and Form 5500 filings Support retirement plans with approximately 1,000 participants Respond to employee inquiries via the benefits inbox and Benefits line Manage plan amendments and support ongoing plan improvements Partner with the Leave Analyst to ensure accurate retirement contributions during employee leaves Collaborate with Payroll and HRIS on eligibility, contributions, and reconciliations Support execution of B. Braun's financial wellbeing strategy Participate in ad hoc benefits and HR‑related projects as business needs evolve The responsibilities listed are representative and not exhaustive; additional duties may be assigned as needed. Knowledge & Skills Strong working knowledge of retirement and benefits administration practices Ability to apply professional judgment to resolve day-to-day issues independently Comfortable working under general supervision while managing multiple priorities Experience collaborating across teams and occasionally supporting or guiding peers Detail oriented with a balance of compliance focus and employee experience mindset Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree 6+ years of experience in roles on a corporate benefits team administering retirement programs, retirement plan consulting experience, or working at a third-party administrator administering clients' retirement plans Preferred Qualifications Applicable industry or professional certification Consulting or complex plan experience Additional Information Standard office work environment, including sitting, standing, and light lifting (up to 20 pounds) Frequent interaction with internal partners and external vendors While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers. Frequent contact with external contractors/vendors.
Salary:
$75,000
  • $95,000 The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range provided is a reasonable estimate. B.
