Benefits Professional:
Offering Management, you will have primary responsibility for supporting benefits programs for the U.S. This includes operational activities such as documenting benefits processes, communicating program changes to employees, managing vendors, and driving business controls activities and reporting.Your primary responsibilities will include:
•Manage Benefit Offerings:
Oversee the operational aspects of health and welfare benefits programs, ensuring effective management and administration of these programs. •Drive Business Controls:
Implement business controls activities to ensure compliance and mitigate risks, managing vendors and driving reporting to support informed decision-making. •Communicate Program Changes:
Design and deliver communication strategies to inform employees of program changes, ensuring seamless adoption and minimal disruption. •Document Benefits Process:
Develop and maintain documentation of benefits processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements. •Vendor Management:
Manage vendor relationships, ensuring effective partnership and delivery of benefits services to employees. Required education High School Diploma/GED Required technical and professional expertise •Benefits Program Management:
Deep expertise in managing benefits programs, including medical insurance, with a strong understanding of operational activities and administrative requirements. •Business Controls Development:
Experience with developing and implementing business controls activities to ensure compliance and mitigate risks, with a focus on vendor management and reporting. •Employee Communication Strategy:
Deep expertise in delivering communication strategies to inform employees of program changes, ensuring seamless adoption and minimal disruption. •Benefits Process Documentation:
Experience with developing and maintaining documentation of benefits processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements. •Vendor Relationship Management:
