We're seeking a Benefits Specialist who enjoys solving problems, supporting employees across multiple companies, and thriving in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. What You'll Do Administer employee benefit programs across client accounts Manage all leave programs, including FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation, and other required or client-sponsored leaves Address employee benefits and leave inquiries, providing clear and accurate guidance Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and stay updated on regulatory changes. Lead annual open enrollment and qualifying event enrollments for clients Maintain accurate records and coordinate benefit communications and system updates. Who You Are ✔ 2-4 years of benefits administration experience ✔ Hands-on experience managing various leaves of absence including

FMLA & ADA

✔ Background in group health insurance plans, retirement benefits, and/or COBRA ✔ Familiarity with navigating relevant HR compliance regulations ✔ Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail ✔ Proficiency with MS Office tools ✔ Exposure to HRIS systems and benefit administration platforms ✔ Research capabilities with an interest in continuous learning ✔ Adaptable, detail oriented, resilient, and team-oriented ✔ Experience supporting multiple clients or industries is a plus!
