Job Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will shape and administer compensation and global mobility programs across domestic and international scopes. You'll partner with Human Capital and business leaders to align programs with firm goals and improve user experience. You will conduct data-driven analyses for bonus and raises, support program design and rollout, and drive change with cross-functional teams. This is a hands-on, impact-focused role at a growth-oriented firm with a strong culture and development framework.
Compensation / Benefits
  • Design, develop, implement and administer compensation and global mobility programs (domestic and international)
  • Perform advanced data analysis to support compensation cycles (bonuses, annual increases)
  • Research complex mobility and immigration questions and provide strategic guidance
  • Develop manager/employee resources, training, and on-demand tools to improve understanding of programs
  • Identify process improvements and lead change management for successful adoption
  • Provide high-level consultative guidance to HC and business leaders on program utilization Tasks
  • 5+ years of relevant compensation and/or global mobility experience
  • Experience with data analysis, process improvement, process management, and consulting with business leaders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced formulas
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organization, time management, and customer service skills Key requirements
