The Role As a Compensation Associate, you will manage multiple survey projects and contribute to high-profile consulting engagements within our Global Financial Services Industry group. This is a unique opportunity to influence compensation strategies across leading financial institutions worldwide. What You will Do Manage the full compensation survey cycle from launch to report delivery, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely results Serve as the primary client contact, leading job matching sessions and resolving data issues Deliver clear insights that strengthen client relationships and drive survey participation Analyze large datasets and interpret compensation trends Prepare impactful reports and presentations Support bespoke consulting projects, including benchmarking, incentive plan design, and regulatory updates Contribute to broader initiatives such as industry research, training, and business development This hybrid role is based in Stamford, CT, with the team currently meeting in office two days per week. This practice reflects our current team approach and may evolve based on future business needs. Qualifications The Requirements 1-3 years of compensation survey experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Corporate exposure through internships, part-time roles, or related education Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings Skills Strong analytical and project management abilities Exceptional organizational and time management skills Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills High attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Results-driven mindset focused on business success Proficiency in databases and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); advanced Excel skills preferred Preferred Qualifications Background in Human Resources or prior consulting experience Advanced Excel expertise (statistical analysis, graphs, lookups, formulas) Experience working with global financial services clients Familiarity with compensation program design and market practice reporting

Compensation and Benefits Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only). Compensation The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $68,000 to $85,000 USD per year. The role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
