Position Summary:
We're seeking a detail-oriented Benefit Administration Consultant to join us on a temporary basis to fully build out, configure, and launch our benefit administration platform. The ideal candidate has hands‑on Employee Navigator implementation experience, strong technical skills for data migration and EDI, and the ability to work independently to meet a tight implementation timeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure Employee Navigator sites for each client, including plan set-up and enrollment frameworks. Implement medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans with complex eligibility rules, contribution strategies, and enrollment workflows. Manage data mapping and import of employee demographics, historical records, and current benefit elections. Set up, test, and troubleshoot EDI/carrier feeds to ensure reliable data transmission to carriers. Perform rigorous testing and quality assurance to verify calculations, deduction frequencies, eligibility logic, and enrollment results align with plan documents. Produce clear handoff documentation and a user guide for internal HR/Account Management to utilize and refer to for ongoing use and upkeep post‑implementation.
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated, hands‑on experience successfully implementing and configuring Employee Navigator from the ground up. Advanced Excel skills (including VLOOKUPs and data cleaning techniques) and experience with data migration processes. Solid working knowledge of EDI file structures and experience setting up carrier feeds. Strong understanding of health insurance plans and common benefit designs. Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Ready to Apply?
