This role is part of our Travel Guard team. Travel Guard is a leading travel insurance brand, serving millions of leisure and business travellers worldwide. Established in 1982 we offer a comprehensive portfolio of travel insurance solutions and global assistance services. Travel Guard operates service centres across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, ensuring 24/7 support to help travellers navigate unexpected circumstances that may disrupt their plans. Travel Guard became part of Zurich Cover-More in December 2024.What you'll be doing: In this role you will play a hands‑on role in keeping partner compensation accurate, timely, and running smoothly, handling everything from commission and override payments to reconciliations, reporting, and audit support. A background in accounting is ideal (commission paying experience is a plus but not required), you don't need decades of experience - just the drive to learn the business, master the systems and grow. If you are organized, Excel-savvy, and a clear, confident communicator who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and taking ownership - this is a great opportunity for someone ambitious, motivated to develop, expand their skillset! Ensure timely and accurate processing of partner commission payments and monthly invoicing
Oversee the execution of partner override payments on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Respond to partner compensation inquiries accurately, professionally, and timely
Prepare and complete annual 1099 reporting for partner compensation payments
Support internal audit requests by providing thorough documentation and timely responses
Contribute to special projects and additional responsibilities as needed
What skills and experience you'll bring on this journey: High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Keen eye for details and eagerness to learn
Team player with good problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
Ability to work overtime and/or weekends when needed to meet deliverables
