Job Description:
We are hiring a hybrid Payroll & Benefits Specialist role with our client, a top national insurance brokerage & services firm. The Payroll & Benefits Specialist provides administrative and operational support to the Payroll and Benefits teams to ensure accurate processing, timely communication, and smooth day-to-day operations. This role assists with payroll preparation, employee benefit administration, reporting, and employee support activities.
The schedule is as follows:
Hybrid schedule (2-3 days onsite in Washington, PA, other days remote) Standard hours, M-F; 8am-5pm This is a contract-to-hire role that offers the below pay & benefits: A pay rate of up to $33/hr (dependent upon experience) Full medical, dental, and vision plans offered, as well as short-and-long-term disabilities, life & accidental insurance plans, FSA, accident, hospital, and critical illness plans 401(K) with company match PTO, holidays and sick days (eligible upon meeting specific hours criteria) Additional service bonus Referral bonus The hiring process is: Complete a 20-minute pre-screen with a Talent Coordinator at SolomonEdwards In-person interview with client Offer Pre-board completion Start If you are interested, please apply and we will contact you within 24 hours!
