Job Overview:
The Total Rewards Analyst plays a critical role in delivering data-driven insights across the company's compensation, benefits, mobility, and immigration programs. This role is responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights, supporting senior leadership decision-making, and ensuring programs are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
Analytics & Reporting:
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis across compensation, benefits, mobility, and immigration programs. Develop and maintain analytical models to assess: Pay competitiveness and pay equity. Benefits utilization, participation, and cost trends. Mobility program costs and policy effectiveness. Analyze complex datasets and transform findings into actionable business insights. Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for leadership teams. Support executive decision-making through data-driven recommendations.
Executive Presentations & Storytelling:
Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and dashboards. Present insights in a clear and compelling manner to support strategic planning. Highlight trends, risks, opportunities, and program performance metrics. Develop materials for HR leadership meetings, executive reviews, and board discussions.
Compensation & Benefits Analysis:
Support the design, administration, and evaluation of: Base salary structures. Incentive and bonus programs. Employee benefits offerings. Conduct market benchmarking and competitive analysis. Monitor compensation and benefits trends and recommend program enhancements. Partner with carriers, brokers, and internal teams to support benefits administration, billing reviews, and payment processing activities.
Mobility & Immigration Analytics:
Provide analytical support for domestic and international mobility programs. Evaluate assignment costs, vendor performance, and policy effectiveness. Analyze immigration-related trends, costs, and compliance requirements. Identify opportunities to improve employee experience while optimizing program costs.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Support compliance reviews across Total Rewards programs. Monitor adherence to compensation, benefits, mobility, and immigration regulations. Conduct pay equity and regulatory compliance analyses. Assist with audits, documentation, and internal controls. Identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and external vendors. Support strategic HR projects and organizational initiatives. Provide analytical expertise and recommendations to stakeholders across the business.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a similar field of study with a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience or MBA with 1+ year of experience. Experience with Workday or related HRIS systems. Advanced Excel skills. Intermediate AI skills.
