Tyler Munis Benefits Consultant - Contract (Remote)We are seeking an experienced Tyler Munis Consultant to support a recent HR/Payroll go-live, with a primary focus on benefits administration and post-implementation stabilization. This is a fully remote engagement with an initial duration of 3+ months.
This role will play a key part in optimizing system functionality, supporting benefits processes, and ensuring a smooth transition following implementation.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide post-go-live support for Tyler Munis HR/Payroll with a focus on benefits functionalityConfigure and manage benefits campaigns, including setup and ongoing administrationSupport open enrollment configuration, testing, and executionAdminister and troubleshoot FMLA processes, workflows, and system setupEvaluate current benefits configuration, identify gaps, and recommend improvementsPartner with HR, payroll, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve system adoptionAssist with stabilization and optimization of Tyler Munis functionality post-implementationSupport migration, archival, or reconciliation of historical HR/payroll data from Lawson (secondary focus)Ensure legacy data is accessible, accurate, and aligned with operational needsProvide documentation, knowledge transfer, and end-user support as neededAdditional Details100% remoteContract engagement (3+ months with potential extension)Must be able to step in and make an immediate impact in a fast-moving environment
