Fully remote but candidates need to live in Chicago area for occasional onsite meetingsSchedule:
Role is Per Diem/As needed for coverage and additional hours available per month for projects; 8:00am - 4:30pm shifts when scheduled Other duties as assigned. Provides training on post-injury management protocols and procedures. Ensures reasons for reoccurrence are addressed to prevent future injuries. Analyzes event reports to identify trends and commonalities. Maintains accurate records of post-injury management activities and outcomes. Administers post-injury management programs, including return-to-work policies. Coordinates discussions on medical restrictions, reasonable accommodations, job re-assignment, and potential outcomes. Monitors leaves and restricted work to ensure compliance and effective management. Partners with managers to arrange return-to-work plans and alternative work arrangements. Conducts data analysis to support organizational goals and improve program effectiveness. Advocates for injured associates throughout the medical management process. Communicates event reporting system expectations to staff and leadership.Education:
