Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!
Responsibilities:
1. Receive and process accident reports and workers' compensation claims. Handle all insurance forms and reports including wage statements, first report of injury, supplement report, and job information in a timely manner. 2. Establish and maintain contact with injured employees and provide assistance with claims and obtaining health care. 3. Communicate with workers' compensation insurance carrier, doctors, nurses, departments, and health care providers to enable appropriate processing of claims. 4. Work closely with department staff and managers to facilitate reporting work-related illnesses and injuries. 5. Work with leave and benefit specialists to ensure appropriate use and access to applicable leave and insurance benefits. 6. Prepare correspondence and forms. Compile, maintain, and file all reports, records, and other documents as required including workers' compensation records and confidential medical certifications.
Qualifications:
1. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish to include speaking, reading, and writing 2. 2-3 years of experience in an administrative, clerical position 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills #IND123
