$75,000•$90,000 per year Job Details•Job Details We are actively seeking a dynamic, experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our team in the healthcare industry. This role is pivotal in ensuring our employees receive the compensation and benefits they deserve, which in turn drives their motivation, satisfaction, and overall performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and administering employee compensation and benefits programs, conducting job evaluations, and ensuring our compensation and benefits strategies align with the organization's overall objectives. This role requires a keen understanding of the healthcare industry, various compensation models, benefits administration, and labor laws. Responsibilities 1. Develop, implement, and administer compensation and benefits programs for all employee groups. 2. Conduct job evaluations to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness. 3. Collaborate with HR and management to develop job descriptions and specifications. 4. Lead the annual open enrollment process, including communication, coordination with vendors, and assisting employees as needed. 5. Analyze compensation policies in relation to government regulations to ensure compliance. 6. Participate in salary surveys and analyze survey data to benchmark our compensation and benefits against industry standards. 7. Provide advice on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations. 8. Develop a comprehensive communication strategy for all compensation and benefits programs to ensure understanding and value perception by employees. 9. Collaborate with HRIS team to ensure accurate data capture and reporting capabilities for compensation and benefits analytics. 10. Manage special projects as assigned, such as policy review and updates, market trend analysis, and benefits program enhancements. Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, preferably in the healthcare industry. 3. In-depth knowledge of compensation systems, job evaluations, and benefits administration. 4. Strong understanding of federal and state compensation and benefits laws and regulations. 5. Proficient in HRIS and other related software for data analysis and reporting. 6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 7. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. 8. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. 9. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) designation is an asset. 10. High level of discretion and confidentiality.
