This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys providing high-level customer service and guiding employees and retirees through benefits-related processes. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of benefits transactions, maintaining compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, and supporting benefits, retirement, and wellness initiatives. The position also contributes to compensation-related functions and broader HR initiatives as needed. This position reports to the Benefit & Retirement Specialist III. Qualifications of the Role Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or an equivalent combination of education and experience. One year of related experience in Benefits/Retirement processing, HR Operations, and/or HR Compliance. Must have a valid motor vehicle operator's license or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
Equivalency:
Will consider an Associate's degree from an accredited college or university with three years of related experience in Human Resources, OR a High School Diploma/GED with five years of related experience in Human Resources.
