Position Overview:
We are currently seeking determined Commission Specialist who embodies our core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity. In this role, you will play a key role in administering, calculating, and auditing commission programs to ensure accurate and timely compensation for sales and performance-based roles. This role partners with Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations to support commission plan execution, maintain data integrity, and ensure compliance with company policies and compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Calculate and process commission payments based on approved compensation plans and performance metrics Maintain and validate commission data, including sales results, KPIs, and performance targets Audit commission calculations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Partner with Sales, Finance, and HR to interpret commission plans and ensure consistent application Support monthly and biweekly commission cycles, including reporting and payout tracking Analyze commission performance trends and provide insights to leadership Respond to employee inquiries regarding commission earnings, adjustments, and plan details Assist in the development, documentation, and ongoing maintenance of commission plans Ensure compliance with company policies, compensation structures, and audit requirements Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives for commission tracking
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2-3+ years of experience in commission administration, financial analysis, payroll, or sales operations Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis, reporting) Experience working with commission systems, CRM platforms, or payroll tools preferred High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills with the ability to explain compensation details clearly
