Job Description

Job Description Insight Global's client is looking to hire a Benefits Administrator. Listed below are the essential job functions:
  • Administer employee leave programs (FMLA, state, company), ensuring legal compliance
  • Serve as primary contact for leave questions, documentation, and timelines
  • Process disability, life insurance, and leave-related claims with carriers
  • Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, and state regulations
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records in HRIS and leave systems
  • Advise employees on benefits impact during leave, including COBRA
  • Partner with Payroll and HR teams to ensure accurate deductions and status updates

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, Leave, or Benefits Administration
  • Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and state leave regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; ExponentHR preferred
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certification (e.
g., SHRM‑CP, PHR) or relevant training credentials.
