This role serves as a key point of contact for employees regarding health insurance, retirement plans, leave programs, and other company benefits while ensuring accurate recordkeeping and compliance with company policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations Explain benefits programs and eligibility requirements. Respond to employee questions regarding medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, and leave benefits Conduct new hire benefits orientations and onboarding support Process benefits paperwork and maintain accurate employee records Coordinate with insurance carriers and vendors to resolve benefits issues Support annual open enrollment activities and employee communications Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company benefits regulations Maintain confidentiality of employee information and records Assist with reporting, audits, and benefits administration projects Translate benefits-related communication materials as needed Qualifications Previous experience in benefits administration, HR, or employee services required Fluency in both English and Spanish required (written and verbal) Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/benefits systems preferred Preferred Skills Knowledge of employee benefits programs and HR policies Experience with open enrollment and onboarding processes Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
