Peer Recovery Specialist

At Foundations to Success , we value lived experience and the power of peer support. Our Peer Recovery Specialists are vital members of our crisis response team, offering compassion and firsthand understanding to individuals in mental health crises. The Peer Recovery Specialist will co-respond with QMHPs or clinicians during community crisis calls, providing hope, emotional support, and assistance with follow-up and recovery planning.

Responsibilities:

Provide peer support and advocacy during crisis responses Share lived experience to encourage hope and engagement Assist individuals in connecting to community supports and recovery resources Participate in debriefing and ongoing training Maintain accurate documentation of peer interventions

Qualifications:

Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) through DBHDS Personal lived experience with recovery and at least one year of stability Excellent communication and boundary-setting skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends Reliable transportation About Company Foundations to Success, LLC is dedicated to providing mental health services within an infrastructure that promotes maximum growth intellectually, spiritually, physically, socially, emotionally, and vocationally.
