We are currently hiring a full-time Health Benefits Specialist in Vienna, VA.

Compensation:

$85,000•$135,000 per year Earnings are based on performance, with structured opportunities for income growth. No prior experience is required. Training provided, when applicable. This role focuses on working with clients to review and understand available health benefit options in a professional office setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to discuss benefit options and coverage needs Provide clear and accurate information to support decision-making Assist clients through the enrollment process Maintain organized client records and follow-ups Participate in ongoing training and development

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills Professional and reliable Comfortable working in a client-facing environment Open to coaching and skill development

Schedule:

Full-time | Monday-Friday | In-office only
