Benefits Enrollment Specialist

Job Overview We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Benefits Enrollment Coordinator. In this role, you will assist individuals and families in understanding their health insurance options and selecting coverage that fits their needs and budget. Responsibilities Connect with prospective clients through calls, referrals, and outreach efforts Learn and explain health insurance plans, including benefits, coverage, and costs Assist clients with applications and enrollment processes Maintain accurate records of client interactions using company systems Participate in ongoing training and coaching programs Provide responsive customer support and follow-up Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to obtain a Health & Life Insurance License (company-sponsored) Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively Basic computer skills Must be able to work from our Vienna, VA office daily Why Join Us?
