This position will be a contract opportunity a full-time, 100% onsite position. This position will manage and administer comprehensive employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness offerings, ensuring timely updates for. This role will also serve as the primary liaison between employees and benefit providers, oversees vendor relationships, and communicates benefits, compensation, and policy information to team members. Additionally, the position will research industry practices, support policy updates, and work with the HR manager to implement and update policies and procedures. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or similar field Minimum 3-5 years HR experience, specifically within benefits administration Must be proficient working within HRIS and Microsoft Office systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in-person and over the phone Strong ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, prioritize and meet deadlines
Pay Details:
