Job Description

Experteer Overview In this role, you will support compensation and global mobility initiatives to align with firm goals and improve user experience. You'll partner with Human Capital and business leaders to design, implement, and administer programs for domestic and international mobility. You will conduct advanced data analysis to inform compensation cycles and research complex mobility questions to guide strategic decisions. You'll contribute to training and resources to raise program understanding and drive adoption, while leading process improvements. This is an opportunity to shape how the firm compensates and moves talent at scale, with an emphasis on impact and cross-functional collaboration.
Compensation / Benefits
  • Design, implement, and administer compensation and global mobility programs (domestic and international)
  • Conduct advanced data analysis to support compensation activities such as bonuses and annual increases
  • Research complex mobility/immigration questions and provide strategic guidance
  • Develop manager and employee resources (training, communications, tools) to raise understanding of programs
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead change management for successful rollouts and adoption
  • Provide high-level consultations with HC and business leaders on program utilization Tasks
  • 5+ years of relevant compensation and/or Global Mobility experience
  • Experience with data analysis, process improvement, process management, and consulting with business leaders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced formulas
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, time management and customer service skills Key requirements
